Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a warehouse associate to operate MHE, move and store product, and support cross-dock distribution. This full-time role requires a forklift license and at least 1 year of experience with reach trucks, dock stockers, and related equipment.

Shifts include Day, Afternoon, and Night on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Verify physical counts against shipping documents and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move, stage, and store product.
• Cross-Dock Distribution: Manage fast-moving freight through our cross-dock environment, ensuring minimal storage time and quick turnaround.
• Shipping & Receiving: Scan all inbound and outbound freight using RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Shipment Verification: Verify physical counts against shipping documents (bills of lading, packing slips) to ensure accuracy and report any discrepancies.
• Warehouse Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid, active forklift operator license.
• Brings 1+ years of demonstrated experience operating Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Counterbalances, dock stocker, walkie and Cherry Pickers.
• Maintains reliable personal transportation to guarantee consistent, on-time arrival for all scheduled shifts.
• Combines a strong, hardworking ethic with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Brings background or experience working in high-velocity cross-docking environments.
