Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a warehouse associate to operate MHE, move and store product, and support cross-dock distribution. This full-time role requires a forklift license and at least 1 year of experience with reach trucks, dock stockers, and related equipment.

Shifts include Day, Afternoon, and Night on a Monday–Friday schedule, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator license.
• 1+ year experience operating Reach Trucks, dock stocker, walkie, and Cherry Pickers.
• Reliable transportation to guarantee on-time arrival for all shifts.
• Strong work ethic with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in high-velocity cross-docking environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate Material Handling Equipment safely to move, stage, and store product.
• Manage cross-dock distribution for fast-moving freight with minimal storage time.
• Scan inbound and outbound freight using RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Verify physical counts against shipping documents and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety protocols.
