Job summary

Randstad Canada is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Edmonton to operate reach trucks and order pickers, selecting and stacking 45+ tires per hour while maintaining strict safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a valid Reach/Order Picker license with at least 1 year of experience, preferably with tires, and strong verbal/written communication with a spotless safety record. We offer full-time, part-time, and night-shift opportunities with a shift premium and benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid Reach/Order Picker license with minimum 1 year of experience on order picker/reach truck forklift.
• Prior experience handling tires is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate a spotless safety record and reliable attendance.

• Pick orders efficiently and maintain rapid fulfillment targets.
• Manage heavy product handling safely at high elevation.
• Work overtime as needed to support inventory flow during peak deman ds.

In this role, you will operate reach truck and order pickers to select and stack 45+ tires per hour while strictly upholding zero-accident safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Advantages

• Full-Time: $21.00/hr Monday-Friday day shift.
• Part-Time: $21.00/hr 3 shifts per week (must include Saturday).
• Night Shift (As Needed): Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (includes a $1.50/hr shift premium).

Responsibilities

• Operate narrow-aisle Reach/Order Picker trucks to select, move, and stack up to 45+ tires per hour in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Pick orders efficiently, maintain rapid fulfillment targets, and manage heavy product handling safely at high elevation.
• Navigate narrow aisles and perform elevated picks safely, using sharp spatial awareness and practical common sense.
• Work overtime as needed to support high-volume inventory flow during peak demands.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Reach/Order Picker license with minimum 1 year of experience on order picker/reach truck forklift.
• Prior experience handling tires is strongly preferred.
• Perform comfortably at high elevations on narrow-aisle high-reach trucks.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate a spotless safety record, zero historical accidents, and sharp practical judgment.
• Commit to reliable attendance (if using public transit, must manage a mandatory 30-minute walk from the nearest bus stop).
