Job summary

Natural Factors Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join the Export Shipping team. The role requires forklift operation, accurate receiving and shipping, and strong attention to inventory control using ERP systems.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, with a full-time, permanent status. Competitive hourly wages, benefits, and company discounts are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

Experienced Warehouse Operator

$22.06 - $26.36 per hour

In this role, you will:

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while completing warehouse activities.
• Manage receiving, shipping, inventory movements, and product storage with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support inventory control through ERP and warehouse management systems while maintaining accurate records.

• Work independently within a small team while identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and workflow.

You have:

• Previous warehouse experience with strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling functions.
• Experience operating or willingness to become certified on forklifts and powered material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation and inventory transactions.
• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle physical warehouse duties.
• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems; Syspro experience is considered an asset.
