Job summary

Woodbridge Pallet is seeking a Forklift Operator in Bowmanville, Ontario to move materials within the warehouse and production areas, load and unload pallets, and support ongoing operations.

Requirements include a valid forklift certification and 2+ years of experience; electric forklift experience is a plus. We offer $20/hour, full benefits, on-site parking, casual dress, and a stable career path.

Position Summary: We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for moving materials around the warehouse and production areas to support ongoing operations.

What you will do:

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move pallets and lumber
• Supply production lines with materials and remove finished goods
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure safety and functionality
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

What we require:

• Valid forklift certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, outdoor experience also preferred
• Experience with electric forklifts is considered an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Pallet Industry experience is a plus
