Qualifications

• Valid certification for Order Picker and Walkie equipment.
• At least 1 year experience using order picker/walkie equipment.
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Safety-first mindset with good spatial awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Equipment Operation: Pick and prepare orders using an order picker forklift and walkie equipment; Use RF scanners to locate and verify products; Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Material Handling & Warehouse Support: Load, move, and stage materials; assist with palletizing, wrapping, and shipments; support shipping/receiving and replenishment tasks.
• Shared Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area; assist team members with general warehouse tasks; follow safety procedures and company policies.

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Order Picker / Walkie Operator to join our client’s warehouse team in Mississauga, ON. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a team. You’ll be responsible for accurate order picking using order picker forklifts and walkie equipment, while also supporting general warehouse operations to keep things running smoothly.

• Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Responsibilities:

Order Picking & Equipment Operation

• Pick and prepare orders using an order picker forklift and walkie equipment

• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment

Material Handling & Warehouse Support

• Load, move, and stage materials within the warehouse
