Adecco Canada is currently hiring a full-time Order Picker / Walkie Operator to join our client’s warehouse team in Mississauga, ON. You’ll be responsible for accurate order picking using order picker forklifts and walkie equipment, while also supporting general warehouse operations to keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Valid certification for Order Picker and Walkie equipment.
• At least 1 year experience using order picker/walkie equipment.
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Safety-first mindset with good spatial awareness.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare orders using an order picker forklift and walkie equipment.
• Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and verify products.
• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Load, move, and stage materials within the warehouse.
• Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments.
• Support shipping/receiving and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist team members with general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies.
