At least 1 year of order picking experience is required, with certification for order picker and walkie equipment. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Order picking & Equipment operation using order picker forklift and walkie equipment.
• Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and verify products.
• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Material handling, loading, moving, and staging within the warehouse.
• Assist with palletizing, wrapping, shipments, and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and support team duties.

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Order Picker / Walkie Operator to join our client’s warehouse team in Mississauga, ON. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a team. You’ll be responsible for accurate order picking using order picker forklifts and walkie equipment, while also supporting general warehouse operations to keep things running smoothly.

• Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

• Location: Mississauga, ON

• Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Responsibilities:

Order Picking & Equipment Operation

• Pick and prepare orders using an order picker forklift and walkie equipment

• Use RF scanners or pick lists to locate and verify products

• Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment

Material Handling & Warehouse Support

• Load, move, and stage materials within the warehouse

• Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing shipments

• Support shipping/receiving and replenishment tasks

Shared Warehouse Duties

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Assist team members with general warehouse tasks as needed

• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies
