Under Armour in Canada is seeking a Lead Associate, Footwear who will energize the team, drive footwear sales, and deliver standout service. You'll work behind a clean, dynamic storefront, applying product knowledge to connect with every Athlete who visits.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates on footwear, handling omni-channel requests, promoting core and seasonal products, and maintaining store operations with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
