Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English a plus.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to perform essential functions of the role.
• Capable of standing extended periods and moving about the store.
• Willing to learn technology and store devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with POS and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Promote the Rewards program and contribute to sales goals.
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities.
• Support front and back of store operations as needed.
