Qualifications

• Knowledge of store operations, visual merchandising, stockroom, risk & safety.
• Advanced selling experience and strong industry knowledge.
• Physical ability to bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all teammates provide excellent customer service.
• Lead a selling culture and enhance the customer experience.

• Coach, train, and support teammates.
