Job summary

Tim Hortons in Thunder Bay is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee shift staff, ensure food quality, and manage schedules in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience in food service, a secondary school diploma, and English language proficiency. On-site work with flexible hours and a health care plan are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year to two years of experience in food service.
• English language requirement.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
