Job summary

Tim Hortons in Arthur, ON is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily cafe operations, ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, and lead a small team in a busy coffee shop.

You will schedule staff, train new hires, manage stock, prepare reports, and address customer concerns while maintaining a fast-paced service environment, including mornings and weekends. Experience in food service supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related role
