Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum qualification: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in a related industry.
• Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
• Client focused.

Responsibilities

• Devise methods for meeting work schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff on duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Keep track of stock, repairs, sales and waste.
• Create and submit reports.
• Create work schedules.
