Job summary

Burger King in Sherwood Park, AB is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a busy fast-food site. This permanent, full-time role offers 35–40 hours per week with an hourly rate of CAD 18.65 and shifts including Day, Evening, Weekend, and Morning.

The successful candidate should be self-motivated, customer-focused, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. A high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• Address customer complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
• Supervise assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
• Maintain schedules.
