Qualifications

• Must have valid work authorization for Canada.
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant/bakery environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate a 5–10 person team across multiple shifts.
• Maintain quality control and consistent service from open to close.
• Oversee food preparation workflows and staff training.
• Record-keeping and reporting on stock and wastage.
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
