Job summary

SOUTH MINIMART & PIZZA INC. in Southampton, Ontario, is hiring for a permanent, full-time supervisor to manage daily food service operations. The role offers on-site work, 32–35 hours per week, and a wage of $19.00 per hour with start date as soon as possible.

You will supervise approximately 3–4 employees, coordinate schedules, ensure quality standards, and address customer concerns while maintaining efficient service.

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
• Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily food service activities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy and hot food service environment.
• On-site position; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities
