Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting: Staff accommodation available, Restaurant

Responsibilities Tasks:

  1. Establish methods to meet work schedules
  2. Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  3. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  4. Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  5. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  6. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  7. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  8. Prepare and submit reports
  9. Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  10. Establish work schedules
