Southbridge Care Homes is expanding its Food Services department. We are seeking a Food Services Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team at Southbridge Cornwall.
Reporting to the Food Service Manager, the Food Services Supervisor will collaborate with the FSM to ensure smooth operations of the food service department, meeting the nutritional needs of residents. The role involves joint responsibility for inventory management, meal/snack planning, human resources, kitchen operations, clinical nutrition, and other departmental aspects.
