Job summary

Steele foods ltd o/a Tim Hortons in Guelph, Ontario, is seeking a restaurant supervisor to manage daily operations in our coffee shop. You will supervise 5-10 staff, schedule shifts, train employees in food safety, and ensure quality service while controlling costs.

The role requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, a secondary school diploma, and the ability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports.
