Job summary

Eldho’s Your Independent Grocer in Fernie, BC is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment.

You will manage a team of 5–10 staff, plan schedules, ensure food quality and safety, and handle customer inquiries while supporting on-site operations. Relocation costs are covered by the employer, with a start date as soon as possible.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• On-site work at Fernie, BC location; no remote option.
• Supervise 5-10 staff in food service roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of kitchen and food service staff.
• Establish work schedules and ensure timely meal preparation.
• Maintain quality control and address customer concerns.
• Prepare budget estimates and monitor costs.
• Train staff on duties, sanitation and safety procedures.

· Salary: $21.00 hourly
