Britton’s Your Independent Grocer in Lac La Biche, AB is seeking a Retail Store Supervisor. You will supervise and coordinate front-line staff, ensure service standards, and assist customers in a fast-paced grocery setting.
The position is permanent, full-time (40 hours/week), with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Minimum 2–3 years in retail supervision, English required, college diploma or certificate preferred.
