Cindy Quinton Holdings Ltd. o/a Cindy’s Your Independent Grocer # 1830 in Melfort, SK is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure excellent customer service.

This full-time, permanent role offers shift variety including mornings, evenings and weekends. Applicants should have a college diploma (1–2 years) or equivalent experience and 1–2 years in food service,

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Establish work schedules.

  • Hire food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Sanitation and safety training for staff.

  • Salary: $17.00 hourly

Job Requirements

Languages: English.

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Ability to supervise: 5-10 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers,
