Job summary

Tim Hortons in Delta, BC, on site, is hiring a Food Service Supervisor. Starts as soon as possible with 4 vacancies; 40 hours per week. Salary range CAD 20.45–25.00 per hour (To be negotiated). Permanent, full-time position located at 6460 Ladner Trunk Road, Delta, BC V4K 3N3.

The role requires a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience, and 1 year to less than 2 years of related work. On-site work only; training and scheduling duties included.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
