Job summary

TIM HORTONS in Walkerton, Ontario is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to help run daily operations in a fast‑food outlet. You will oversee staff, ensure food quality, and deliver friendly service in a busy setting.

The position requires 2–3 years of experience in food service, a secondary school diploma, and a Food Safety certificate. This is a full‑time, onsite role with regular shifts and benefits of a stable workplace.

Qualifications

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast food or hospitality setting.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate staff.

Responsibilities

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays.
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
  • Establish work schedules.
