Job summary

Tim Hortons seeks a Food Service Supervisor in Sundre, AB. As a Team Leader, you will motivate a diverse crew, ensure guests receive exceptional service, and uphold fast-paced kitchen standards during shifts.

You will train and coach staff to maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation. You will assist with inventory and ordering, follow brand guidelines, and support the Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisor/leadership role is an asset.
• Experience in the Food Service industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed.
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for guests and operate equipment.
