Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and uphold our service standards. You will role model performance, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a dynamic quick-service environment.

You will manage shifts, adhere to brand guidelines, and support the Manager with inventory and ordering while fostering a respectful, communicative team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisor/leadership role is an asset.
• Previous experience in Food Service industry.

• Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed.
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment.
• Help train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation.
• Promote a respectful team environment and work with team members with open communication and understanding.
• Assist Manager with inventory and ordering.

Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

In this position you will:
