Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Food Service Manager in London, Ontario. The role drives the financial success of the unit, leads all phases of food preparation, operation planning, budgeting, and inventory control.

You will recruit, hire, schedule, and handle administrative duties while ensuring client satisfaction with service and menu options. Experience: at least two years in food service management; ProServe or Food Safe; strong leadership, communication skills, and cost control

Job description

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. • Lead all phases of food preparation, operation planning and expenditures, budgeting, costing and maintaining proper inventory levels.

• Achieve compliance with Compass' Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety Act and WHMIS regulations.
