• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.

• Clean, peel, slice, and trim foods using both manual and electrical appliances.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
