Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present and serve meals, ensuring quality and presentation.

• Carry pans, kettles and trays between stations safely.
• Store food with proper dating and rotation; follow food safety rules.
• Set up items for sale and assist customers at the counter.
• Clean work areas and dispose of waste.
• Assist with stocking and inventory in retail areas.
• Follow recipes and production standards for quality and portion control.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and address customer concerns.
