Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash, peel, cut and seed fruits and vegetables.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays safely to stations, stove and fridge.
• Store food with proper dating and rotation procedures.
• Set up items for daily purchase and service.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties; remove trash as required.
• Provide service in all retail areas, including cashiering.
• Respond to customer concerns and relay information to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
