Job summary

RA in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in our care settings. You will perform housekeeping, assist with food preparation, serve meals and handle dishwashing to maintain cleanliness and resident comfort.

The role requires a Food Handler Certificate, English proficiency, the ability to work independently or with a team, and adherence to health and safety guidelines. Prior healthcare or long-term care experience is preferred.

The hourly wage rate for this position is $20.50 . Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. How you will make an impact

You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of resident's rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
