Job summary

COMPASS GROUP CANADA in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations across housekeeping, food service, and dishwashing in a care setting.

You will maintain residents' rooms and common areas, assist with food preparation and serving, and ensure safety guidelines are followed. The role requires independent work and teamwork, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping and food services is an asset.
• Healthcare environment or long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written.

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:

• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
