Job summary

Aramark Canada is hiring part-time Supervisors for Retail Tim Hortons locations on Queen's University campus. You will lead on-shift service, mentor staff, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll manage staffing, training, safety, and consistency of service, working with the management team to optimize operations and uphold Aramark standards.

• Assist in inventory management for beverages, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage revenue control procedures with the management team.
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure health & safety compliance.
• Audit service and quality on a regular basis.
• Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure adherence to Aramark time and attendance procedures.
• Adjust staffing levels daily based on business needs.
• Train all employees per company safety, health, and sanitation standards.

We are hiring part-time supervisors for our Retail Tim Hortons locations on Queen's University campus with Aramark Canada Ltd. We are seeking Supervisors who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment. The successful candidate will be a key leader within our management team, ensuring a high-quality experience for our guests dining on campus and you will oversee service excellence, mentor and develop staff, and contribute to an exceptional atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities

• Controls the labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels as needed while driving efficiency from all staff.


• Supervise and mentor service staff, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.


• Conduct pre-shift meetings, ensuring team members are informed of events, daily updates on menu and any other pertinent information.


• Lead by example with a hands-on management approach, assisting with service only when required.


• Provide ongoing training and professional development for team members.


• Ensure members and guests receive exceptional service, exceeding expectations.


• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring seamless kitchen and staff coordination.


• Handle guest feedback and service issues professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.


• Assist in inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels for beverages, supplies, and equipment.
