Job summary

Aramark Canada and Carleton Dining Services are hiring part-time Food Service Workers to join the Tim Hortons team on the Carleton University campus. You will assist with food preparation, portioning and serving customers.

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling cash and campus payments, stocking shelves, and helping with opening/closing while keeping stations clean and in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant/food service industry is an asset.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with others in a team setting.
• Cash handling experience is an asset.

• Compile orders accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Receive payment by cash, debit/credit card and campus card.
• Stock shelves, refrigerators and/or salad bars.
• Assist with opening/closing of the location.
• Keep stations clean and replenished at all times.
• Clean counters and tables.
• Empty garbage.
• Ensure adherence to all of Aramark Policies and Procedures.
• May perform other job duties as required.
