Job summary

Aramark Canada is seeking a front-line Tim Hortons associate at the Fleming campus location with a Monday to Friday, days and early evenings, full-time schedule. You will greet guests, craft and serve food and beverages, and handle POS transactions to ensure a positive, efficient dining experience.

Ideal candidates bring fast-service experience, POS familiarity, strong time management, and excellent customer service. Training is provided in a team-driven environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a front-line Tim Horton's associate at our Fleming campus location with Aramark Canada for a Monday to Friday shift. Full-time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and safety standards, including coffee, sandwiches, baked goods, and more
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) for processing sales transactions accurately
• Manage customer orders efficiently through food service customer order management systems while upselling menu items to enhance sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including kitchen equipment, counters, dining areas, and food handling stations
• Handle cash register operations with precision, including processing cash transactions and giving accurate change
• Assist in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments with a focus on efficiency and quality
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods without compromising service quality
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Knowledge of food safety management practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Previous experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous but not required
• This is position to Monday to Friday days and early evenings

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The pay range for this position is $17.95 - $17.95.
