Job summary

HelloFresh Abbotsford is seeking a Production Team Lead who will report to the Production Supervisor and guide a team on daily operations. You will ensure GMP compliance, drive safety and productivity, and align with quality standards across packaging and processing lines.

You will oversee materials, scheduling, and staff, lead training, and manage sanitation, PPE, and waste streams. The role includes shift premiums and opportunities for growth within a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or service industry.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Standing for extended periods including bending, twisting, and walking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production associates to execute the production plan.
• Monitor plan delivery and improve productivity on the lines.
• Coordinate shifts and evaluate employee performance against daily targets.
• Ensure sanitation, PPE, and safety guidelines are followed throughout shifts.
• Train new associates on packaging machinery safety and procedures.
• Maintain communications with production, facilities, and maintenance managers.
