What we need in a nutshell

We need someone who understands that food and drink are central to a happy holiday. Someone who can look after our guests’ every whim when they eat, drink, and relax in our bars and restaurants.

What you’ll be doing

We’re not your average holiday company. Our guests come to our UK resorts to experience a world away from the day-to-day, and our job is to surprise and delight them at every turn. We need you to deliver delight every day when guests arrive at our bars and restaurants. You will greet guests cheerfully whether you are serving up knickerbocker glories or pulling pints.

This includes:

• Meeting and greeting guests with a friendly welcome
• Taking food orders and ensuring accuracy
• Serving behind the bar
• Keeping your area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
• Ensuring the team is looking after our guests
• Cashing up at the end of shifts
• Setting up or closing down the facility
• Restocking at the end of a shift
• Complying with all legal requirements

Holidays happen at holiday times, and eating and drinking go into the night, so you’ll need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings, and weekends too.

Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need

If you can demonstrate the following, we’d love to hear from you:

• Experience in a similar food & beverage role
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Natural leadership qualities and role model behavior
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
• People person; easy to talk to and committed to guest satisfaction

Experience in the holiday sector is a plus but not essential, as we provide plenty of training.
