Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships. You play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You also assist with shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an integral part of your store's success!

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of retail experience is an asset
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks
  • Organized, proactive team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service quality
  • Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
