Job summary

MT Seymour is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help direct our servers and kitchen staff and to assist with scheduling of the food and beverage team. You will participate in recruitment, supervise and schedule staff, ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and help manage inventory and costs.

You may also act as expeditor to ensure timely delivery of orders from kitchen to customer. This seasonal role runs December through mid-April, offering $19.50–$23.70 per hour, with

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for Supervisors to join our Food & Beverage team to help direct our servers and kitchen staff and to assist with the scheduling of our food and beverage team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Participates in the recruitment, selection, and training of staff.
• Supervise and schedule food &beverage staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Order and maintain inventory, while controlling costs.
• Oversee food service, and act as an expeditorwhen necessaryto ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from the kitchen to the customer.
