Job Title : Food Service Supervisor (LMIA and PNP Support Available) Location : Surrey (In Person) Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent 00 per hour We are hiring a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor for a fast-food restaurant on behalf of our client in Surrey. The selected candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a team, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain food quality and safety standards, and optimize overall efficiency. Team Management : Schedule shifts to ensure smooth operations. Provide guidance and performance feedback. Customer Service Excellence : Ensure prompt and friendly service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Food Quality and Safety : Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation. Enforce food safety regulations and conduct regular inspections. Manage inventory and control costs to maximize profitability. Training and Development : Provide comprehensive training for employees.
