CRMR’s The Prow restaurant at Buffalo Mountain Lodge in Banff seeks a breakfast service teammate to deliver warm, attentive morning service for guests starting their day in the Rockies.

You’ll be part of a passionate hospitality team, with staff accommodation provided and opportunities to grow across CRMR properties in the Canadian Rockies. This role emphasizes guest-centric service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Serving It Right certificate required.
• Restaurant service experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge is a plus.
• Polished presentation and communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Open availability for variable shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming, attentive service and answer questions on menu.
• Make recommendations and upsell based on guest preferences.
• Input orders accurately and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Prepare and deliver checks and process payments.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and trainings.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations and dining areas.
• Assist with setups for functions and group events.
• Adhere to appearance standards and safety policies.

This position is primarily focused on Breakfast service at The Prow restaurant at Buffalo Mountain Lodge. You'll be an important part of our morning team, delivering warm, attentive service to our guests as they start their day in the heart of the Rockies.

Position Overview

Provide excellent customer service through prompt order taking, professional wine and menu recommendations, timely food delivery and anticipating guest needs. Build loyalty through personalized interactions and flawless execution.
