Job summary

Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) in Banff seeks an experienced F&B Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations and events, ensuring efficient, profitable service while upholding the highest standards. You will lead banquet staff, coordinate with the kitchen for timing and menu execution, and mentor servers and support staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Event planning experience is an asset; extensive banquet experience including buffets, plated dinners, weddings, and conference events.
• Able to read and interpret BEOs and execute according to the details provided.
• Experience in restaurant service to support the restaurant during non-banquett times as needed.
• Flexible with scheduling — available for early morning shifts (as early as 6am) and late nights for wedding functions.
• Strong leadership and people skills — responsible for supervising shifts, handling guest issues professionally, and coaching/mentoring junior team members.
