As Food and Beverage Manager, you will:

1. Oversee all food and beverage personnel, including kitchen staff and outlet employees.
2. Serve as the department leader in the absence of the Director of Food & Beverage.
3. Assist in creating and editing menus.
4. Order ingredients and beverages.
5. Maintain records of income and expenses.
6. Gather customer feedback on service quality.
7. Open and/or close the restaurant daily.
8. Monitor employee performance and conduct evaluations to improve customer service.
9. Handle payments and keep departmental records.
10. Resolve issues related to hotel services, amenities, and policies.
11. Organize activities and assign responsibilities to ensure productivity.
12. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services and amenities.
13. Coordinate with external partners, including suppliers and conference planners.
14. Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
15. Participate in financial activities, including setting budgets for outlets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 4 years experience in a supervisory food and beverage role.
2. Food service management degree is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work long hours.
5. Proficiency with restaurant management software and related computer applications.
6. Outstanding customer service skills.
