Job summary

Pure Canadian Gaming Corp. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring superior guest satisfaction at the casino.

The role requires strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, prior supervisory experience, and the ability to schedule staff and manage inventories. You will support a fast-paced casino dining environment and contribute to building a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong Food and Beverage knowledge.
• 3–4 years' experience working in Food and Beverage operations.
• Pro-serve certification.
• Able to obtain security clearance.
• Pleasant, energetic, team-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Available to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
