Job summary

The Server position is a core role within the Food and Beverage Team of the casino. The successful candidate will provide drinks and menu items to guests, ensuring the highest level of customer service and responding to inquiries about the menu, cocktails, prices, and services.

Key duties include serving food and beverages to guests, engaging with casino guests, and conveying knowledge about features of the casino.

The Server is an integral part of the Food and Beverage Team. The Server will provide drinks and menu items to casino guests. He/She is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and answering inquiries about menu, cocktails, prices, and services of the casino.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Able to maintain a security clearance

Work Conditions

• Must be able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques – responsible for stocking non-alcoholic beverages
• Must be able to stand for prolong period of time.
• Must be able to bend to reach shelves
• Must be able to carry a serving tray with drinks/food
• Must be able to carry out light cleaning duties
• Must be available to work all shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
