Job summary

Terroni Sud Forno Temperance in downtown Toronto is seeking a passionate FOH Manager to lead the front-of-house team in a multi-level casual fine dining setting. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and a love for Italian culture.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage evening and weekend shifts, mentor staff, and uphold service standards while contributing to a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year FOH Manager experience in a casual fine dining restaurant.
• Ability to inspire and lead frontline staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with TOAST POS, OpenTable or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FOH team on the floor to curate exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure standards of service, hospitality, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the GM.
• Maintain a visible floor presence during evenings and weekends.
