Job summary

United Rentals in Fort McMurray (Alberta) is seeking an Inside Sales Rep to serve as a key customer contact at our Fluid Solutions branch, recommending solutions, quoting, selling and fulfilling orders based on customer needs.

You will build relationships, educate customers on proper equipment use, coordinate with branch staff, and help drive branch growth while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of fluid solutions related products and applications preferred.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Establish understanding of rental business for fluid solutions; quote, reservations and contracts.
• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers.
• Educate customers about proper equipment use.
• Coordinate with branch staff to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and track daily equipment pickups and returns.
• Run reports to monitor equipment and facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of branch assets.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
