The role reports to the Director of Sales and General Manager and focuses on growing a robust client base in a fast-paced floral distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in inside sales or account management, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years directly related experience with Inside Sales / Account Management.
• Excellent prospecting and relationship building skills.
• Sales and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
• Entering Orders and confirming details with clients.
• Service/grow a client list in sales and profitability.
• Contact clients regularly to service their floral needs.
• Ensure that client order fulfilment is being monitored.
• Regular contact with clients.
• Acquire new customers and maintain a prospect list.
• Represent Staalduinen Floral Ltd. in an effective, ethical and professional manner.
