Job summary

West Coast Floral is seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our sales team. The role supports a family-run business serving florists, garden centres, and grocery retailers, with a focus on customer service and accurate data handling.

Hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, with compensation of $30 - $35 per hour depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have sales or customer service experience and strong Excel skills.

• Previous experience in sales or customer service-related role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Access is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and general administrative support to the sales team.
• Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders and perform accurate data entry.
• Assist with customer accounts and order-related requests.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer information.
• Provide support to the Key Account Manager and sales team as required.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to help ensure orders and requests are handled efficiently.
